1. How do I know if I am eligible for a return?

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return the item, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

All defective, damaged products in brand new, unused condition or a wrong item were sent, we will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please provide photos of the defective item (including the tags attached to the item). Refund or replacement does not apply to damages resulting from negligence or misuse.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included in the original purchase.

2. What if the item was found to be defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. There are two options when any of the above cases happen: a) You can return the item and receive full reimbursement of the full list price or, b) You can return the item and request a replacement.

In both cases, we will reimburse the cost of return as soon as one of our representatives has declared that the item was defective.

3. What is the return process?

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1) Contact our customer support team at sales@arcimportcorp.com to inform us about your intention to return the item and please provide the following information:

    1. Name
    2. Order date
    3. Order number
    4. Item(s) returning
    5. A brief description of the return
    6. Photos of the defective item including the tags attached to the item

2) Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Deliver the return(s) to our address by using

    1. Prepaid label provided by our customer support team
    2. Using your own label. You will be receiving our address information through email once you have completed Step 1.

*If you are using your own label, you won’t be charged for the return shipping freight.

4. How long does the refund take?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the item meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1, we will process a refund subtracting the return shipping fee if you used our prepaid label.

Please note that it may take 6-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
