Tips: Corn tortillas do better with a smaller diameter press, while flour tortillas require larger pressing areas.

Low Maintaince
The pre-seasoned flour tortilla press is all set to be used. Remember to hand wash it both before and after use, and make sure to dry it completely with a paper towel before storing it away.
Tips for Use
To prevent sticking and make removal easier, it’s recommended to place two sheets of parchment paper or ziplock bags between the dough. This method works well for a variety of foods, including tortillas, tostones, tacos, arepas, pita bread, and flat bread.

Can this be used on stove top?
No. This is a tortilla press, not for cooking. Only use for shaping/pressing the tortilla.
Is a cast iron or alumimum tortilla press better?
Cast iron presses are strong and durable, ideal for frequent use and making larger tortillas. However, aluminum presses are lighter and easier to handle, but may not last as long. If you are a frequent user, it’s better to invest in a cast iron tortilla press that will last you longer.
Do you need parchment paper for a tortilla press?
Using parchment paper when using a tortilla press is not mandatory, but we do recommend using them for easy removel and keeping the tortilla whole. We care about your experience with us. The ARC 8” and 10” tortilla press come with 100 free parchment paper.
