Upon receiving an order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Our typical order processing time is 2 business days. If you need to cancel or make any changes with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@arcimportcorp.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it is shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee and the returning freight) and ask that you resubmit your order.
Delivery Time:
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment online and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. The delivery time may vary depending on your location, the estimated domestic delivery time is within 3 to 5 days.
Please note this is only an estimated time frame and does not account for any unforeseen delays or issues that may occur with the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping:
- All Harvest Grande products are eligible for free shipping.
- We ship all Harvest Grande products with UPS Ground to all U.S. domestic locations, except Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Shipping times depend on your location. Expect domestic delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order is shipped. However, it is not guaranteed.

International Shipping:
- Unfortunately, we currently only operate and ship our products within the United States.
